If you have never made a mistake nor have ever had an upset customer then stop reading here and go check your pulse. We have all experienced a time when certain deals didn't work out as we had hoped and it has left us as well as our customers frustrated. The worst thing you can do in a situation like this is hide from your customers. Remember they are people just like you and all they really want is to hear from you. T.V. Marketing Campaigns Cost Per Lead "Not So Good"

3. Commercial Email must be identified as an advertisement and it must include the sender's valid physical postal address.
