1. Cost Per Call V.S. Cost Per Lead
a. With regards to cost per lead the consumer must understand that the company used to generate the leads will factor in all the overhead used to generate each lead (Telemarketer Salary, Rent, Phone Bill, Internet Bill....) What commonly happens is pressure is applied to telemarketers to fulfill an order of leads in a timely fashion so as not to have to pay additional salary, phone bill and other factors per case. This usually produces a forced lead and a return and credit headache between you the client and the call center.
b. With regards to cost per call most consumers are not able to get past the allure of knowing exactly what they are getting when they pay on a cost per lead basis. They feel comforted that they are being guaranteed an outcome however when that outcome is very dismal you have to ask yourself was it worth it? If I guaranteed you a waste of time, but it was guaranteed would you take it? When you pay based on cost per call. You are paying for production. Lead Tower Corporation advises you to be patient, find a call center you feel comfortable with and give it some time to work. Lead Tower Corporation claims the most important thing in marketing is consistency. You need to allow the call center telemarketers to get into a rhythm and this can't be accomplished after one small order.
We know you want instant results, however great outcomes have been achieved with a little patients and faith!!
From you man inside the marketing mix!!
